I work as a technology leader in a major telecom organization in Scandinavia. Leading multiple teams across geographies to help bring the best of their potentials, achieve organizations north stars and have fun on the way.

With almost two decades of distinguished experience in technology leadership, I have successfully led diverse departments and groups. I have had chance to work in multiple geographies including South east Asia, Oceania, Middle East, North America, and Northern Europe.

I thrive on the principle that ‘change is the only constant’ and we get better when having healthy debates. If everything is going as planned then we are working on wrong problems. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and consistently think on the edge of the box :).

A lifelong learner, I am a proud Oxford alumnus and hold an MIT certification in Innovation & Technology. Currently studying AI in Society course @ Gothenburg university.

1600 to 2000

I prioritize and spend this quality time with our two young kids (currently 8 &9 years) who are growing up way too fast. We love traveling to different countries and learn about new cultures. So far, we’ve explored 30 countries together. As an avid traveler, I cherish the opportunity to immerse myself in new cultures and experiences. Swimming, badminton and exploring nearby forests keeps us busy.

I also love sweating it out in the gym & currently a mission to be in the best shape of my life before I turn 40, both physically and spiritually :). Am i on track? Hell No. Is it fun? Hell yes :)Strength training and mindfulness are integral parts of my daily routine.

I also enjoy playing acoustic guitar & jamming with my children, creating wonderful memories together.

2000 to 2300

I spend this time to immerse deep in my found passion of ‘Exploring the Cusp of AI, Philosophy and Cybersecurity’ some other hobby projects – Currently studying distance learning program ”AI in society – Knowledge and ethics” at Gothenburg university.

Reading, writing are my other passions. I enjoy scribbling my thoughts and reflections from books, podcasts, travels or amazing people who positively touch me. This blog is outcome of those scribbles. It has now grown into a platform with hundreds of subscribers.

This is my non negotiable & I happily spend this time in la la land.😴
