I work as a technology leader in a major telecom organization in Scandinavia. Leading multiple teams across geographies to help bring the best of their potentials, achieve organizations north stars and have fun on the way.
With almost two decades of distinguished experience in technology leadership, I have successfully led diverse departments and groups. I have had chance to work in multiple geographies including South east Asia, Oceania, Middle East, North America, and Northern Europe.
I thrive on the principle that ‘change is the only constant’ and we get better when having healthy debates. If everything is going as planned then we are working on wrong problems. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and consistently think on the edge of the box :).
A lifelong learner, I am a proud Oxford alumnus and hold an MIT certification in Innovation & Technology. Currently studying AI in Society course @ Gothenburg university.

👫 I am father of 2 very active kids engaged in multiple sports and showing me how to push the boundaries. They never stops to surprise me :)
🏃♂️ Outside of tech, I believe in pushing physical and mental boundaries, whether training for the grueling Vasaloppet ski race (i did my first ever in 2026).
🤸♂️ Strength training- I love sweating it out in the gym & currently a mission to be in the best shape of my life before I turn 40, both physically and spiritually :). Am i on track? Hell No. Is it fun? Hell yes :)

Or 🌎 Planning our next trip with kids. We love traveling to different countries and learn about new cultures. So far, we’ve explored 30 countries together.
