0800 to 1600 – Daylight
I work as a technology leader in a major telecom organisation in Scandinavia. Leading multiple teams across geographies to help bring out the best in their potential, achieve the organisation’s north stars and have fun along the way.
With almost two decades of distinguished experience in technology leadership, I have successfully led diverse departments and groups. I have had the chance to work in multiple geographies, including Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, North America, and Northern Europe.
I thrive on the principle that ‘change is the only constant’ and we get better when having healthy debates. If everything is going as planned, then we are working on the wrong problems. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and consistently think outside the box :).
A lifelong learner, I am a proud Oxford alumnus and hold an MIT certification in Innovation & Technology. Currently studying the AI in Society course @ Gothenburg University.

🚀 I write weekly @ https://chakshuscribbles.com/—a platform dedicated to deep, thought-provoking reflections on technology, leadership, and philosophy.
👫 I am the father of 2 very active kids engaged in multiple sports and showing me how to push the boundaries. They never stop to surprise me :)
🏃♂️ Outside of tech, I believe in pushing physical and mental boundaries, whether training for the gruelling Vasaloppet ski race (i did my first ever in 2026).
🤸♂️ Strength training- I love sweating it out in the gym & am currently on a mission to be in the best shape of my life before I turn 40, both physically and spiritually :). Am i on track? Hell No. Is it fun? Hell yes :)
🎸 Or jamming on the acoustic guitar with my two kids – creating some memories
Or 🌎 planning our next trip with kids. We love travelling to different countries and learning about new cultures. So far, we’ve explored 30 countries together.
